Pretty good. Very efficient. Lots of technical questions around application of processes and methodologies to problems. Questions around change management, and working well with others. They also asked a ton of questions around managing across the organization, some of the typical problems you would encounter, and a good assessment of my applicable skill set was accomplished. The questions came from all levels from senior management, all the way to the individual contributor. Tons of questions on problems encountered with communications. Communication style and methods were probed. Understanding of management of tech stacks not so important, but understanding how to test them was as well as the people who perform the testing. They do not like wallflowers!
