Spoke with the CFO over the phone 2x, then asked if I could come in to talk with him. He was very willing to meet with me, and we talked about the position and responsibilities for about two hours. This is a start up company, so there is no structure around IT, and the effort to reign everything in would have been a tremendous challenge and rewarding. The interview itself was very interactive, yet I never received even a call back. Probably because I forgot to ask about one key piece of information - SALARY!
