From the outset, her questioning style felt unusually restrictive, offering limited opportunity to elaborate or demonstrate my experience in depth. When I attempted to address a clear audio issue, it was dismissed without acknowledgment, which disrupted the conversation and reflected a lack of attentiveness. The interview became increasingly uncomfortable when J-A-v-i-e-r made a remark about understanding, right as I was discussing my career aspirations. This comment came across as discouraging and dismissive, especially during a conversation intended to assess fit and motivation. Overall, the interaction gave an impression of poor communication and limited regard for candidate experience. Professionalism and respect are fundamental in any hiring process, and I believe this is an area the HR department should carefully re-evaluate to ensure candidates feel valued and heard.
