I applied online then did the pre-screen interview, the recruiter was very professional and nice but entered the zoom call 9 mins late. then they scheduled a first interview with the hiring manager, on the day of the interview which was scheduled at 10:30 am i received a cancel/rescheduling email at 10:29 am! as the interviewer got busy stuck in work!

the interview was average was not that hard at all, it took about 2 weeks for 2 interviews but did not face any problem at all and the interviewers were good
Focused on technical competence through an interview. Personality interview may have more importance as they wanted to get a sense of ability to interact with customers, and to problem solve.
