Recruiter calls and screens your profile. The next step was a telephonic round with the hiring manager. Fairly simple questions like "Would you walk me through your profile?"
The next is salary discussion with HR executive.
The tricky part is it took 7 months to get the offer letter. I came to know later that it is not uncommon!
