The three stage interview process was inconsistent, with 2 months between the first phone interview and first in-person interview, and then 2 weeks until the next in-person interview. The questions during both in-person interviews were the same, despite having some of the same participants, and thus there was pressure to answer previously asked questions the exact same way, which was sort of awkward.
