Part of a merge process after they bought previous employee. There was a simple interview focused more on our interest to continue with them after the merge or the possibility to get the termination bonus if we were interested in that option. Since they had no resources available for the kind of solution the former company offered they were interested in keeping most of the sales resources

very smart people as interviewers, fast process, fast hiring once your manager accept you , everything flows very nicely, day one is to understand the hieryrchical units and how to obtain tools for work
