Got call directly from Oracle for a senior developer position in Oracle Digital Marketting team. They told there will be about 4-5 rounds of interview, whole process took about an week. To clarify I have already worked in oracle from 2015 to 2019 (exactly 4 years). This is the interview was for 2nd round career with Oracle. So Day 1 they scheduled 2 rounds of inerview one after the other. Both of the rounds were very good to Excellent from my side. Day 2 they scheduled R3 interview this bas Good not great but only issue was I tool little more time to solve the coding problem rest everything was good. Day 3 They scheduled they R4 to be taken from some architect from HQ(California). In this round they were two persons and they took it again for an hour and this was also very good to excellent from my side. Interviewer told be during the interview itself, he is very happy with the approach and solution I provided. After an hour 3rd person joined and first 2 left. He asked me if he can talk to me for some time, I agreed and he discussed about 40 mins of course technical and design problems. During end of interview he said if you find any issue or so just let me know. He was very happy with the answers. Now after all this I didn't hear anything from Oracle I sent them an email after two days they responded immediately that there will be another round from a person in India(Hiring Manager). Now in this R5 he discussed around 50 mins and I think it was also very good because he mostly asked questions what I did in past in Oracle, why I left, my roles and responsibility in my current company, some works I did in past 1 year etc. And few technical questions. End in the end asked about the current and expected CTC. After that I waited again for 3-4 days, No response from Oracle. I called the HR rep. she said "Didn't receiv dthe Feedback". Next day I knew what their problem is so I tried confirming it. I send an email ans asked for feedback. 1 Day after that response came and said "We didn't received a positive feedback for you, hence cannot continue with my candidature" I don't know if all 6 interviewer was technical and mostly coding based on DS Algo. I solved all of them and answered their questions at least 90% of them. How come feedback is poor. And how come I went through the previous 5 rounds and go to 6th round.
