Interview
First of all, you have to pass a technical exam in Hackernoon website, in fact, once your resume is selected ,you will get an email telling you that the link for that exams will expire in less than a week, then once you succeed you will pass other steps including Human resources interview. Notice that you don't have to many years of experience to send your resume in order to apply, because the exam will determine your aptitude to have the post.

Interview
It was straightforward .HR will provide you with the available slots and schedule the interview .it was an online 1 hour interview and a general discussion about the role and responsibilities
Two rounds of interviews. And the Interviewers are friendly and casual, including HR.
The drawback is you accept interviews for X packages. Once you go through the discussions and get selected, they provide ‘W’ as package which is less than X package and overall, less than what you receive.
Not sure in 2021, anyone accepts a job offer 5% less (I offer 2% less and they said they there is a discussion to reduce further :-D) than what you currently draw. Maybe some who are desperate will do that.
My kind suggestion is to get everything written before attending the interview, or otherwise it is a waste of time on both sides.
They offer good medical insurance but still take home and super are very less . Overall history there is no yearly increment so be careful before you sign.
Maybe good place for Uni beginners.
