Interview
It was a very informal interview but had to wait 3 months for background check and all to clear.
Questions asked ranged form how good are you in <some subject>. Some analytical skills questions were thrown at random. finally they asked me if I could specify the details of a trial-version software. All in all, it was not much related to the actual work that i did for 3 years.
Initial recruiter call is about 30 minutes and walks you through the entire interview process. Received the link to schedule the next round interview after one week.
Technical interview wasn't difficult, pretty standard coding challenge.
Got ghosted after interview.

Fueron 4 entrevistas, dos de ellas fueron técnicas y las demás con RH. Bastante sencilla la entrevista con problemas de algoritmos fáciles de manipulación de Strings, Listas, POO, preguntas de bases de datos como Joins, una fue en Python y la otra forzosamente en Java. Todas tuvieron una parte para poner a prueba el inglés, 1 semana después de la última entrevista recibí mi oferta.

5 entrevistas entre inglés y español, preguntas técnicas y generales. Evalúan conocimiento y también SoftSkills. Hay rondas en donde entrevsistas con varios equipos dependiendo de tus habilidades, al final te lanza oferta un equipo o varios, o no te mandan oferta dependiendo de tu desempeño.
