Normally for the mid level experienced candidates, it consists of around 4 rounds of interview and coding is must to have with other knowledge based on your work experience. Good to have some knowledge of DevOps as well

I applied role of Senior Test Automation Engineer online in Oracle Poland. They rejected me because they cannot apply my work permit. Oracle took more than 30 days to check this and they come back and saying we cannot process you application as we cannot help you to apply work permit. I though oracle is such big organisation. But it's seems that they cannot process because of administration work.
