This is a 2 stage, sometimes 3 interview process. It is a very 2 way interview process, whereby it is as much of a chance to be interviewed as it is a chance for you to learn about the company and the position. You will also meet various members of the team to get a real understanding of the culture and an honest assessment of the company.
