      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PMA Consultants

      Interview

Phone screen interview from HR side. Then the senior leadership will schedule phone interview with you to go over questions. I had interviews with different offices. One interview did not go as well as the other. In the good one I felt like I made a great friend who can be a mentor down the road whether I joined the company or not. That one probably highlights the interviews I had for this year!!! BUT, at the end of the day, as they stressed, it will be the client who will make the final approval if you will be signed on.... Not sure if the client will interview you or not however. I amm sure the person you had in person interview with will have a lot to say to the client based on the interview. Thumbs up if the above helps :) The question I had below are true questions . The interviews generally will have a lot of "tell me a time when...." kind of quetsion.

      Interview questions [3]

      Question 1

Explain free float and total float (must)
      Answer question

      Question 2

How would you explain to people critical path. (must)

      Question 3

      What is a good schedule
      Answer question

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PMA Consultants (Chicago, IL) in Oct 2019

      Interview

Interviewed for an entry level position for the Chicago office. HR interview was pretty straight forward. The second interview was with a senior associate. It was an hour long interview and the interviewer was straight to the point from the beginning, and asked very techincal questions. Despite answering the questions to the best of my efforts and knowledge, the interviewer was not satisfied and I was later told that I did not get selected for the final round. I receieved a couple of offers from other firms for a similar position and never faced this kind of situation. I think it is very unfair to test skills that recent graduates are not yet familiar with.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Lot of techincal questions related to cash flows and scheduling
