Easy going - they want to get to you know you first. There are additional tests to make sure you know what you're doing. Everything is doing remotely and it appears they are flexible with clients. They really do their best to pair you with clients and industries you feel comfortable and have worked with before. Even though accounting is accounting, it still has differences between real estate and restaurant accounting

Really easy process of hiring but the communication needs to improve because they are cold but I think was just my recruiter, not sure if she enjoys her job or she was tired that day
