The interview process was conducted online and consisted of three stages.
The first stage was a phone interview with HR, where I was asked about my background and motivation for applying. The second stage was a 30-minute video interview via Microsoft Teams with a senior member of the software engineering leadership team. This interview focused on my software engineering experience and included an overview of the role and the company.
The third stage was a technical interview with two senior software engineers. They provided more detail about the role and asked questions related to databases, software engineering principles, code quality, and Agile practices.
Overall, the interview process was well structured and comfortable. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and professional, and the HR team and senior engineers provided clear guidance throughout, making the process smooth and transparent.
