Perceptive Analytics Manager Analytics/Team Lead Analytics interview questions

I got a call from the HR a few days back, and was set an meeting schedule through Google Calendar. In the interview, the HR asked me to take her through my profile. On seeing 2 switches post my MBA (both converging to an Advanced Analytics field), she termed my switches as mistakes. Well, this freaked me out.
