Interview
I interviewed with the director of creative services, followed by an interview with the CEO for approval. I lived out of the area so the interviews were conducted via Skype and phone calls. I expected a more detailed interview process - maybe a more functional interview but I had submitted a very detailed and thorough portfolio with client feedback so it's possible that each interview is different.

Describe a situation where something went wrong with a project and how you handled it.
I have interviewed with this organization several times for both permanent and consulting positions. Except for one of the interviews, I felt I was either lied to or unnecessarily harassed by the interviewer. I kept talking to them, hoping something would change.

One interviewer kept asking me why I was let go from my prior position, even though I explained the situation as clearly and honestly as possible several times. I finally said I had nothing more to say about my former job and ended the interview.
During one of my face-to-face interviews, I was told that I approach design and development like the Company does. I was called by HR about 2 days later and told I was not getting a job offer because I didn't approach design and development in a manner that the Company likes.
