It was a three-step process; I received a screening phone call that was very professional and friendly. I was asked very specific questions about my qualifications and personality; for the second step, I was called to go in-person and was interviewed by the recruiter that had screened me over the phone, then the two supervisors, and lastly, by the CEO. All were very friendly and asked very specific questions and explained the every day of the position. The recruiters seemed to get very good training and are professional. The whole process took about three days and I was able to land the job very quickly.
