Was pretty straight forward- they use Taleo and you have to have your application submitted online. I talked to the recruiter, knew the hiring manager as well so there was good feeling throughout the process. The folks doing the interviewing, (2 by phone- 3 in person) were really nice and very professional- all seemed personable and easy to talk to.
