Interview
Fairly straightforward. Submitted CV, then had a telephone interview and then an assessment centre which included 1:1 interview, a group task and a short presentation. Overall, I really enjoyed the day.
The interview was split into two parts. First one was answering pre-recorded questions and playing a few games that tested my quick thinking skills. Second one was with the manager of the team.

To describe different situations where I had to for example take leadership in a team
It was a virtual assessment with 5 behaviour questions and 2 games to understand your working style. You will have only 1 chance to record your answer. 30 seconds to prepare and 3 minutes to talk.
