Recruiter screening, followed by the hiring manager, peers, and then, 2nd level leaders. Four interviews with seven people in a panel format. Good interviews, fairly fast-paced. The expectations for the role were clearly set and the questions aligned with role expectations.

Interview
Very positive, technical and focused on leadership competencies. The leader force to stablish a friend environment . No rush on listen and full respect. The location was properly prepared and after a not clear answer the leader create a pause and tried to explain in details the meaning of the sentence.
