Really bad experience with Photon, Got a call from recruiter asked for details, had a phone call discussing the job responsibilities, compensation etc. Had a hackerrank coding assessment which i cleared. The final round was super technical lasting 1.5 hours of technical questions related to core android architecture. Everything went smooth. Got a call very next day and feedback of the interview was positive. They said to get back to me by EOD. Nothing happend and they were not responding, very next day i got a simple message that position is on hold for now and you should explore more opportunities, Complete waste of time with no ethical behavior. Highly non-professional team.

It's the third round of the interview process. The first round was technical, involving a 40-minute Kotlin programming task. The second round focused on mobile architecture, build, test, and deployment, with programming tasks that included MVVM, Dagger DI, Retrofit, and performance improvements. Now, I am waiting for the third round. Note: The results of the second round will be based on AI evaluation.
