It's the third round of the interview process. The first round was technical, involving a 40-minute Kotlin programming task. The second round focused on mobile architecture, build, test, and deployment, with programming tasks that included MVVM, Dagger DI, Retrofit, and performance improvements. Now, I am waiting for the third round. Note: The results of the second round will be based on AI evaluation.

One of the real pathetic interview that i have faced till date. The interviewer I think he did not view my CV and did not ask me about introduce yourself which is basic question to be asked he just jumped into one program right away and he wanted solution on it which he wanted solution in his way.

Really bad experience with Photon,
Got a call from recruiter asked for details, had a phone call discussing the job responsibilities, compensation etc. Had a hackerrank coding assessment which i cleared. The final round was super technical lasting 1.5 hours of technical questions related to core android architecture. Everything went smooth. Got a call very next day and feedback of the interview was positive. They said to get back to me by EOD. Nothing happend and they were not responding, very next day i got a simple message that position is on hold for now and you should explore more opportunities, Complete waste of time with no ethical behavior. Highly non-professional team.
