Initial phone interview. Questions were very formulated, not very conversational. It all felt very scripted which is why I don't have a lot to add. When you are discussing a role that has such high touch points with people, a sense of connectedness is very important. I find this to be consistent with the types of interviews I'm having in Silicon Valley!
