I had a phone screen as the first round and several in person interviews as a final round. Questions focused on resume, interest in the company, and knowledge about what the company does.

Brief "fit" phone interview. Interviewer called on time and asked thoughtful questions. Still waiting to hear back but it sounds like other interviews will get increasingly difficult with the possibility of some case interviews.

I applied through my university career page and they contacted me asking if they could schedule a phone screen. The day before the phone screen they emailed and rescheduled. On the date rescheduled, nobody every called me. When I emailed asking if they would like to reschedule again they said yes and they would get back with me. I emailed a week and a half later to follow up and they said to check back in a week. Truly the most disrespectful process I have ever endured with a firm.
