Independent thinkers are quickly run off because they threaten the established power structure that has burrowed themselves into well-paying do-nothing jobs. Testing at the unemployment office followed by 2 interviews, the first is almost impossible to pass unless you are used to tough questions on interviews and another test on a computer about searching for information on google.
