About 3 different interviews with general leadership, 1 with specific manager. Came out to be a bit redundant, but they are designed to get to know you on both a personal and professional level.

Interview
My interview process was a bit different than other employees at Principia. I met both partners of the firm through other business with my previous employer and asked for an informational call. After speaking with the VP of Research Solutions we moved forward with a follow up call. Over the next month I had 5 calls with the VP of Research and both Partners before receiving an offer. The 6th call negotiated some of the details. This wouldn't normally be the process but because of our previous business and my remote location this was more convenient for all parties.

Question 1
While there were a couple interview style questions, almost all of the calls were more conversational. It helped both sides determine the quality of fit. We did do a personality test but not sure if that is done for all prospects.
