Interview
Started with a phone screen, followed by onsite interviews with people at various levels in the organization. The interviews were generally very conversational centered around the business model and compatibility between your skill sets and job requirements.

Everything was conducted via video interview. I've had a chance to speak with the COO first, then went through interviews with 3 different directors. They made me feel very comfortable throughout the interview process, and were very friendly.
