I went through quite a process just to be left with decline without any explanation. 3 rounds of interviews (Recruiter, HR and Technical) and 2 tests (behavioral and cognitive intelligence). On the last one, which was technical interview I was told that I did good and they will reach out. After 2 days I got email saying that they are not interested in me anymore. I told that it is okay and if they could give me a reason or any explanation why since I have received positive feedback on all aspects. Never received response.
