2. Assessment centre:
a. Morning session q&a to ask questions and learn more about the graduate scheme and the company.
b. Afternoon - 5-minute presentation on a topic of your choice (I had a week to prepare it) followed by questions on presentation and then a 45-minute interview.
3. Additional interview stage was added (due to company undergoing structural/management changes)
I did not hear back from them despite being told that I would hear back within a week. I sent messages to HR but was ghosted. A relatively decent interview process except for how they handled it right at the end (quite unprofessional imo) - especially given the time I had dedicated to my initial application, the presentation, and general interview prep. A simple response/rejection email would have saved me the trouble of wondering about the status of my application.
