I applied directly on their website. Their HR called me asking a few questions then I was invited to their office to be interviewed by a team lead and a senior developer. The interviewers (mainly the team lead) are very professional and very well-prepared in terms of how they would assess a candidate (i.e. what questions they would ask and how they would ask the questions). I have been a contractor for long time and got loads of interview experiences and that is the only interview that cause me to fall in love with the company.

Interview
It was short and involved some questions about general tech stuff, like SQL and networking. They also asked why I wanted to work for Quantium at the end. It was a pretty short but fun interview.
first of all, you need to submit your resume through the online portal - do the online assessment within a limited time- video assessment, and then wait for the result.
