Started off with a case study on a retail chain. Pen and paper test where you write your thought process and answer accordingly. And then the interview was based on these answers and how differently you would've answered or why you had answered in such a way. Asked me some ML based questions too.

1 Online Test(Aptitude, Basic data manipulation, Basic SQL questions). 1 case study to solve and questions on it. 1 Technical Interview on Case study and why you chose the answers that you chose and discussion of your resume and why you want the role. 1 HR round.
