Very interesting and informative interview process with a varied range of tasks and challenges. Was a shame that the QR staff who met didn’t always come from a particularly diverse background.
Online assessment before assessment day. Assessment day began with a totally superfluous presentation that could have been an email and lasted 90minutes. After wasting our time they proceeded to admit the "London" posting was a lie and they in fact did not have a London office and you would essentially always be working outside of London.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Quick Release in Oct 2025
Interview
Round 1: assessment centre, group presentation (favourite part), group exercise, then technical exercise. Do your best and what you can.
Round 2: case interview that I found very hard and was why I wasn't successful - personality wise I thin they liked me just the technical exercise you either know it or you dont.
