I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Radius (Manchester, England) in Jul 2017
Interview
I was approached by an agent, said Oracle job was available. Ran through job requirements and I matched all except for the Forms and Reports. The agent assured me they were fine with that as they needed more PL/SQL knowledge as they had enough Forms and Reports knowledge. Turned up to interview was in there with two gentlemen, they asked anout my Forms and Reports knowledge so I told them what the agent told me that they had enough knowledge already. They tested my technical PL/SQL knowledge that I felt I did well in. One of the interviewers looked at my cv and said I was actually more suitable for a separate ETL role given my background, and started asking me random ETL questions which confused me as the interview was for programmer role and it looked as if they didn’t review my CV before the interview. I left the interview and a week later agent calls and says they said it was a no because I didn’t have Forms and Reports knowledge, which also confused the agent.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Radius (Crewe, England) in Aug 2014
Interview
Telephone interview with HR followed by interview by panel of two. Quite a relaxed interview with fairly standard Oracle forms and reports questions. No trick questions. Unfortunately they asked the strengths and weaknesses question, which is always off putting. They came back fairly quickly with an offer which I refused. They upped the offer a bit.
