The job was in one of CEE countries, I was approached via Linkedin by Sourcer, avarage screening, onsite f2f interview with Account Manager. Classic questions around recruiting and building a relationship with customers. No decision or feedback in any form - not a surprise or anything personal, however, wouldn't like to invest my time again.

45 minutes, general chat around CV and salary, couple of competency based questions, offered the job 2hrs later. They were desperate at the time and I know the interview process is much more rigorous now, but that was my experience.

Contacted for a RPO Onsite position and had a phone interview with the initial Recruiter. Was contacted the next day by the Director of Recruitment for that division and had a phone interview with her. Contacted again the next day and had a phone interview with the Director of Recruiting for the company I was being hired to recruit for. Got offered the job after my 3rd and final phone interview.
