Initially interviewed for the Talent Advisor role with one of their clients! Rina, my recruiter was very thorough and knowledgeable about the role. She was able to provide quick feedback and was very prompt with updates throughout the process. I also met with the account manager, Ferrena. I had such a pleasant experience and interaction with her. She answered all my doubts and queries about the role and was very transparent with all the information ! Unfortunately, I had to decline the job offer due to personal reasons. However, Randstad will be a company that I will always recommend my friends to.

easy questions on randstad and role. learn the job description throughly and know ur resume well enough. they may twist some questions but manageble. also talk about ur internship and previous job roles

Interview
Three rounds of interview with a Initial interview, a competency based interview and then a client alignment interview. Largely they were looking to find out how well suited I would be to working within an RPO structure with a large client.
