They will ask you about your experience, what are your key strengths, and what your hobbies are. Typical questions that interviewers ask. The initial interviews will be easy but depending on who you get in the next stage will be tricky depending on the department.

Interview
A pre-qualification screening interview is conducted, thence a battery of intelligence, personality and skills tests ensue. Once these are passed, a more in-depth interview by the HR Supervisor is conducted. Afterwhich, the candidate will be endorsed to the requisitioning manager, who may then proceed to recommend the action that will be taken on the candidate. Final interview by the company's Chief Operating Officer is optional and is at the discretion of the COO.
