First was the In house assessment which is made up of English, General maths with calculator , 2nd was the excel /word and PowerPoint computer assessment and interview with executives/ directors
After screening, candidate participates in a monitored psychometric test and productivity assessment, involving basic PPT and Excel. This is followed up by fit interview rounds where candidate gets to meet the team and learn more.

Interview
The psychometric assessment was 4 hours long. Not too bad but different compared to other firms, very practical work. After that, a virtual interview with junior consultants was conducted, and thereafter another round with consultants. Overall a good experience.
