I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Revolut (London, England) in Sept 2025
Interview
Interview process was way over the top!!! For the role and the pay!
1st interview with recruiter
2nd interview ‘cultural fit’
3rd interview ‘share screen and show how you would source leads on LinkedIn and Google complete role play and send a follow up email in your own words.’
Then interview with sales manager then job offer which I declined due to sales manager looking like he was more stressed than a civilian living in a war zone!
4 stages altogether!
First 3 people that interviewed me all looked stressed and were all late to the interview I was going to end the process before it started as 1st time I was supposed to have my interview. I took half a day off from my current role for the recruiter not to turn up! Not give me any notice was waiting on Google Meets like a plonker! Then 10 mins later sent me a message asking to rearrange which I did!
Obviously the company is extremely successful with rapid growth but personally nobody looked mentally stable and I do not want to be part of what appears to be a very unhealthy looking cult!
Advise depending on where you are in your career if you require experience early part of your career as times are tough take it but attempt to get something better.
If you are an person with experience 30 yrs or older only take this role knowing you will burn out to pay of any debts you may have. It is not a role for a debt free person, I analysed a lot and I get the feeling people at Revolut live way beyond their means and are quite frankly desperate people that mask this with ego and mask again by being fake nice if you have had experience in sales you smell the desperation on Revolut employees. Not a place in which your mental health will be safe!
I am going to stay in my current role and continue searching just a shame the hoops that I may need to jump through to get a better role nowadays.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why Fintech/ why Revolut, got asked the same question at each stage by the third time was tempted to say….. ‘no thanks, please withdraw me from this process!’
It was quick and good, and the interviewers were easy-going. The question for the first interview was about the experience, and they explained the role very well, experience and job desk, but there are several rounds for the interview

Question 1
Quick summary of your background
Why are you interested in this role?
Entretien en 6 étapes.
HR très perdue. C'est évident qu'il y'a un gros turnover. Ceux qui font passé les entretiens sont différents sales manager et senior qui ont pas que ça à faire et ça se voit.
The Revolut interview process was quite structured and performance-oriented. It included multiple stages focused on commercial mindset, communication skills, sales scenarios, and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
There was a strong emphasis on ownership, adaptability, KPI-driven performance, and problem-solving. The process reflected the company culture very well — high standards, fast execution, and strong focus on results and scalability.
