Included a phone interview followed by two home tasks. If successful, the final round was an interview with a founder.
The first interview was hugely unstructured, and most of the questions appeared to be off the cuff. This drew me to the early conclusion that Revolut simply weren't set up to hire the right candidates, or to hire fairly.
The task stage was very strange. It very much felt like they were trying to use my expertise to wangle some free work. I completed both tasks on time, but then never heard back from Revolut. The strange thing was that they were very responsive up until I handed in the task. Then gone. Interviewees be weary that this has happened repeatedly in the past, and news articles by the likes of Wired have shone a light on this. Approach with caution. You may just waste a colossal amount of time.
