The recruitment process was most definitely the longest I have come across, however I was treated very well by all those I came across. Revolut also met their own timelines in reviewing both the written and analytical home challenges, which I was grateful for. However, there are a number of improvements that the company need to make such as: ensuring the interviewer turns up, confirming the correct interviewer details via email and ensuring they get your name right on the meeting room screen.
The feedback provided after 5 stages was poor and something I won't lose sleep over. It was so vague that I was simply not interested in further details. It was disappointing to end the 5 long and arduous stages with... you don't have the "cultural fit but you were enthusiastic, motivated and had good regulatory knowledge"... I can't quite understand what I should deduce from this...
