Very poor HR process . They offered me an interview and never got back on time . Recruitment was really lazy to understand that interview needs to be canceled if there is no need anymore . Even so they contacted me by themself

Duas entrevistas realizadas de maneira online, em inglês com representantes da empresa, A primeira bem genérica e rápida, com pouca informação relevante sobre a vaga e atribuições, basicamente repetem o que é descrito na divulgação da vaga, salário também não é precisamente divulgado nesta entrevista. Vários questionamentos sobre experiencias passadas e responsabilidades atuais.
A segunda, para qual não avancei tinha cara de ser mais interessante, onde de fato conheceria responsabilidades e informações precisas de horários, salário etc.. Para esta segunda fase houve dicas de como preparar pois o recrutador informava que teria perguntas complicadas.
The process involved mutiple stages which were lengthy but explained well, however, not relevant to the role. The first round was basic discussion, followed by technical discussion with average questions. Case study was not related to job.
