The interview process is very long.
Firstly there is interview with HR.
Then follows 1 hour test which has various questions but some of them are quite stupid such as how many customers Revolut has.
Next stage is interview with a process improvement engineer which is around 1 hour. Half an hour is you talking about the process you improved the second half you are given a case: Anti-laundering teams in revolut. One is software, the other is laundering specialists and you need to come up with metrics to evaluate the process. You have to come up with solution on the spot. The task is not very clear, you are not given any indication on what you need to measure. Poorly made I would say. The task is easy, anyone can solve it.
The next stage you are given one week to prepare for the case study.
The last stage is interview with managers.
Very long process, they do not take into consideration that you also have life.
