One interviewer asked technical questions even though that person was not a technical person, which doesn't make sense. It felt too scripted, I felt rushed throughout the whole interview and felt that the work life balance would be non existent. I feel like they are looking for code monkeys instead of actual well rounded engineers with both soft and technical skills. Overall the flaw comes from the upper management which comes from the company leadership. I am not blaming the people I interviewed with, I am blaming the upper management for hiring such people and I'm blaming the founders for the bad work culture of the company.
