Standard screening interview with HR. Lasted for around 30 minutes. Interviewer was friendly and gave clear guidance of what next steps to expect after the interview and when I will hear back.

Talent team reached out. Screening call arranged with the screener. 1 hour interview conducted. Result was shared couple of days later. Asked for feedback and received. Eventhough it was not accurate or made any sense.
The interview process consists of four rounds: an HR screening, a criteria-based assessment test, an interview with the Line Manager, and a final discussion with the Team Lead, all for a London-based role.
