Interview
All the process was very clear and well organized. My recruiter was kind and helpful giving all the instructions needed for the interviews and feedback. I has 5 interviews: HR - Team fit - Problem Solving (think MECE) - skills interview - last Team fit.

Question 1
Questions related to the position and to your background. Problem Solving - You have to think MECE and follow the correct structure.
Long but straightforward - interviewers were quite friendly and there seemed to be a lot of transparency in the overall process in terms of expectation and steps. However, given all of the hoops candidates have to go through, feedback would have been nice.

Interview
It’s around 5 stages. It includes a screening, case study, skills test and then interviews with the team. I have been through all stages and they had then ghosted me, even when i had followed up.
If you interviewing with them, expect to never hear from them.
