The 7 interview stages took place over 2 weeks. The job offer was made at the low end of the salary range, and when I articulated how and why the base salary was not reflective of my abilities, the response I received was more or less - the decision is final.
I am sure the business will continue to do well, but this final stage of the interview process certainly goes against the company's marketed 'objective' to work with top talent to build a dream team.
It was quick and good, and the interviewers were easy-going. The question for the first interview was about the experience, and they explained the role very well, experience and job desk, but there are several rounds for the interview
