I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Revolut (Warsaw, Masovia) in Jun 2025
Interview
7 stages in a recruitment process that was initially promised to consist of 4. That alone was confusing and frankly, unprofessional. Still, I went through all of it — personality tests, skill tests, and at least four separate interviews with different people across the company.
Up until Stage 5, everything was smooth. I consistently received extremely positive feedback, and after the skills interview, I was explicitly told that I did great and should expect to hear back shortly with next steps.
Well — the next step turned out to be a generic rejection email saying that “after careful evaluation, we’ve decided not to move forward.” No feedback, no explanation.
This entire process consumed an enormous amount of time and energy — time I could have spent pursuing other opportunities. It left me with the clear impression that either something went seriously wrong on their end, or that there is a complete lack of communication between departments.
Honestly? I regret applying at all.

Question 1
Many role specific questions but you should manage to figure it out from the pathetic and generic Hiring Pack they send you. A lot of questions like “how are you dealing with this and that”, “what tools did you use” etc.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Revolut (London, England)
Interview
5 stages (including roleplays), got to the final stage and given an offer then ghosted for 3 months until a recruiter reached out about the same role, went through another 3 stages just to get ghosted
Efficient and fast-paced. All the interviews are conducted in a span of at most two weeks. The questions were nothing out of the ordinary, importance on proving that you are willing to work with volume and hit KPIs.
Since this was for a graduate role there were only 2 rounds - HR & with a Senior Sales Manager. They were very clear and upfront about the structure of the interview - had to prepare a sales pitch and then basic motivation questions
