The person I interviewed with was nice, but it was very clear early on that higher ups get to leave early to beat rush hour each day and the worker bees do not. The expectation is to place 150 calls per week, which seems excessive even for typical high volume agencies. Bringing in six figures isn’t likely until you’ve been there 3 years or more.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Robert Half (Seattle, WA)
Interview
Very short and unorganized. Did not feel very welcoming and was one of those experiences I could’ve been without. Got the feeling that this is mostly sales and not recruiting at all which was disappointing.
D’abord : Entretien téléphonique
Puis : Entretien physique
Puis : Demi journée d’observation
Pendant la demi journée d’observation on échange généralement avec plusieurs personnes de l’équipe pour avoir la possibilité d’échanger plus librement qu’avec son futur N+1
It was a 3-step interview process and was pretty quick within 2-3 days. First, I met with the hiring manager, then the Regional Manager and Director. An offer was made shortly after the last interview.
