I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Robert Half (Bellevue, WA) in Jul 2018
Interview
1) Interview with recruiter
2) They might suggest you to modify your resume a little bit
3) They may let you know some postions that are not posted
4) They send your resume to the employer
5) Follow the employer's process
The interview process is very casual and difficult to identify how accurate the information being provided is, and if you're truly a candidate for the position being discussed with the recruiter.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What difficult managerial situations have I been in, how did I respond as a result, and if that response was appropriate?
They didn't ask a lot of questions. They just let me talk and guide the conversation. We seemed to get along well but as you know there can be a difference between "courting" during the interview process and what they are like after you're there. I came to Glassdoor to find out if other people liked working there.

Question 1
Basics such as how far I was willing to drive to an assignment, etc.
